Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Personalized items may require additional processing time of 2-5 business days depending on complexity.

Shipping Options

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Products

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address
  3. Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping unless item was defective)
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
